This is a Couples' Therapy Bundle. In this bundle of services, we will engage in an active consultation to align ten 60-minute couples' sessions, effectively mixing Compassionate Inquiry Psychotherapy Sessions, Somatic Processing Coaching Sessions, and one Natural Medicine Facilitated Couples' Journey. 
 
During the consultation session, we determine how many of each Psychotherapy versus Somatic Processing Sessions is the most effective ratio for the goals and needs of the couple.
