Natural Medicine Facilitation

Many people with histories of unresolved traumas experience plateaus in their healing journey; times in which they feel they have a strong logical understanding of what they have experienced and how to process these wounds, yet cannot seem to connect to the places of tension within the somatic system.

For these times, an assisted journey can create the optimum setting to focus on somatic processing and release without the barriers aligned with the conscious ego.

Our clients have benefited from various applications of assisted sessions to reach new depths of healing.

A guide ensures that you're physically and emotionally safe during the experience. They are trained to recognize potential challenges or uncomfortable moments and can intervene if needed to help you navigate those moments with calm and stability.

Assisted experiences can bring up intense emotions or uncover deep-seated memories. A guide can help you process these emotions, make sense of challenging visions or thoughts, and provide reassurance, helping you to stay grounded.

Guides offer valuable preparation before the experience, setting intentions and explaining what to expect. Afterward, they help with integration, assisting you in reflecting on the experience and incorporating insights into your life, which is often where much of the growth happens.

A guide can establish a secure, comfortable environment, which is crucial in allowing the participant to let go of their usual defenses. This "set and setting" (mindset and environment) is a well-known factor in the success of an experience.

With their experience and understanding of the integration process, a guide can help you gain deeper insights into your life, behavior, and thought patterns. They can also help interpret symbols or metaphors that may emerge during the journey, offering a more structured way to understand the experience.

A guide can encourage mindful and intentional exploration during the experience, helping you stay open to the unknown and avoid any preconceived notions that could limit the journey.

If you're new to natural medicine, having a guide can make the experience less intimidating. They provide the reassurance that you have someone with experience to help navigate any unexpected moments.

In summary, a guide can offer invaluable emotional, psychological, and logistical support, ensuring a safer, more meaningful, and transformative experience. They provide expertise, calm, and wisdom, helping to unlock the full potential of the journey.

Single Journey Session

An assisted journey session begins with a consultation to establish goals and to outline the ceremonial protocol to establish understanding and clarity. Participants engage in practices in the days prior to the journey to ready the body for the vulnerability necessary to experience the deep healing of the ceremony and medicine. The journey session begins with integration practices and boundary setting and culminates with a fire ceremony to release stagnant energy. During the journey, the guide provides detailed notes related to Compassionate Inquiry, which are released to the client to be used as part of the processing practices assigned for the week after the session.

Triple Journey Package

While a single journey session can hold remarkable healing results, many people find deeper connection to their authentic self through a series of Natural Medicine Journeys, which allow the witnessing, processing, and release of deeply rooted attachment and trauma wounds.

Deep Brain Reorientation

This 60-day program utilizes a nightly ritual right before bed to facilitate communication of the limbic system and all parts of the brain in order to allow for integration. Experience has shown that after 60 days, the parts of the brain have had enough time and experience to reestablish deep communication and reorientation, which allows the brain to function at the ease of emotional response and regulation, witnessing with compassionate understanding what would have been previously triggering. Clients report the lifting of negative self-talk and feelings of possibility and mobility are becoming present within days of starting the program.

Couple's Healing Journey

As our deep attachment wounds are relational, they repeat in predictable interpersonal patterns of behaviors and responses, which impact our intimate relationships. Many couples find healing growth from engaging in a cooperative Natural Medicine Journey to explore their wounds and the ways in which intimate partnerships trigger and exploit these wounds. The Natural Medicine Ceremony allows for each partner to find safety in vulnerability while expressing needs, triggers, and histories so that they can truly come together in a healing-centered partnership. This allows each individual within the partnership to advocate for their own needs, which is particularly helpful for those who tend to fawn or freeze in the face of conflict.

Compound Journeys

Depending on the experience of specific clients and their particular healing goals, a Compound Journey Session can hold tremendous release potential. As different medicines allow a client to witness and process adverse life events from different perspectives, combining these lenses can be a powerful experience in releasing stored trauma from deep roots.

Whole Healing Package

Healing from Complex Trauma can feel like a never-ending treasure hunt, as you resolve one root, you uncover another. From a traditional therapeutic approach, this is a lifetime of painful work. However, our 180-Day Whole Healing Package is purposefully designed to combine the most effective use of Natural Medicines across 6 Guided Journey Sessions and a 2-part Deep Brain Reorientation Program in order to witness, process, and release all of your stored wounds. Additionally, participants engage in three, 90-minute Compassionate Inquiry Psychotherapy Sessions to fully integrate what is learned through the Natural Medicine Journey Cycles.

This creates a new lease on life, as you deeply understand what happened to you, what you made it mean, and hold empathy for all of those involved.
